Central Oregon Community College
Founded in 1949, Central Oregon Community College, is the longest standing community college in Oregon. The Madras campus opened in 2011.
In partnership with the Oregon Clean Power Cooperative, the College received a 2023 ODOE CREP Grant for a 51 kW net metered solar project at the College’s Madras campus.
