Oregon State University’s Milam Hall was originally built in 1913 to house the School of Domestic Science – later known as the School of Home Economics – and occupies a prominent location on OSU’s campus, across the Quad from the Memorial Union. A seismic upgrade to this historic building is allowing us to put 106 kW of solar panels on the roof. The project is a joint effort of OSU, the Oregon Clean Power Co-op, and the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition.
